Jason J. Arner

Jason is responsible for hardware and software development and coordination. A graduate of Penn State University in Mathematics and Computer Science, he has extensive experience in resolving computer related problems and incorporating state- of-the-art software.

David W. Beede

Dave is responsible for the coordination of multimedia products and product maintenance. He has been involved with information technology for over 30 years. He served with IBM for 21 years in positions ranging from marketing, technical support, to management, and has served over 17 years in higher education, including 7 years as a computer center manager.

Dr. Ronald R. Crabb

Ronald is a management training consultant. He has his Ph.D. in Risk Management and Insurance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, is Chair of the Finance and Business Law Department at the UW-Whitewater, and has 10 years of management training experience with insurance company employees. He produced the engine that creates the competitive marketplace in our "Managing the Insurance Enterprise" game.

Dr. Francis M. Dwyer

Frank is our senior project design consultant. He received a D.Ed. in Educational Administration, Psychology & Statistics from the Penn State University in 1965. Until recently he was the Department Head, Adult Education, Instructional Systems, and Vocational and Industrial Education at the Penn State University. He has authored three instructional design/development related research texts and authored or co-authored more than 275 research articles related to instructional systems design and development.

Dr. Edward B. Kleinman

Ed is our expert in vision evaluation and training, including the effects of vision and perception on learning. He received an OD (Doctor of Optometry) from Southern College of Optometry and a Ph.D. in Instructional Design from Penn State University. He has over 15 years experience in computer applications to education and training for business, education, industry and government, including instruction at community college, college and university levels.

Dr. Arnold F. Shapiro

Arnold is the project manager. He has a Ph. D. from Wharton, is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) and a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU), and was an IBM Consulting Scholar.
